Energy Auditing
- Documents how energy is currently being used in the building.
- Identifies and prioritizes improvements that will lead to increased comfort, health & safety, building durability, and
decreased energy usage.
- A whole-house approach is used, employing an in-depth knowledge of building science and various diagnostic
techniques including infrared imaging and blower door testing.
Qualifying for Efficiency
Maine's Home Energy Savings Rebate
- Efficiency Maine is currently providing partial rebates for pre-qualified residential energy savings projects.
- For projects that will save at least 25% on heating and hot water, the rebate is 30% of the project cost up to $1,500. For projects that will save at least 50% on heating and hot water, the rebate is 50% of the project cost up to $3,000. See the Efficiency Maine website for the full details.
- Rental units also qualify for the rebate.

Together, we are able to provide a streamlined and seamless process, from the initial energy audit through the completion of any installation work and your receiving your rebate check.
