Home Performance Assessments:

techniques including infrared imaging and blower door testing.
- Can help identify qualified contractors to install recommended improvements.
Final Inspections:
- Verify that the work satisfies the owner's improvement plan
- Confirm that the work was done to Maine Home Performance with Energy Star
standards.
- Repeat blower door and combustion safety testing to ensure good indoor air quality.
