Pricing:
The price of a Home Performance Assessment depends on the size and complexity of the home.
The complexity of the home has to do with the possible existence of:
1) Accessible attic
2) Accessible basement or
crawlspace, and
3) Additional heating systems that will need to be inspected.
The price for most
single-family homes is in the $500 to $650 range.
The price of additional on-site visits, including final inspections, are billed at an hourly rate plus travel expenses.
